Paul Dragone will lead the Introduction to Buddhism 050 class for the fourth winter in a row. This five-week course explains the basic foundation of a Buddhists’ perspective. Learn about the historical Buddha and how his teachings enriched millions of lives for two millennia. The course also explores how Buddhism embraces compassion for all beings and relieves mental suffering and inner conflict.
