Meditation involves developing attention skills. It need not be presented in a religious context. This class is intended as a basic introduction to  mindfulness practice.  BIBS will offer this class on the fourth Sunday of each month in 2017, with rotating presenters. In January the session is led by Dale Bowden. On February 26 the session will be led by Josh Rychert and on March 26, it will be Chris Slymon. All are welcome.
