Sunday Guided Meditations at 11 a.m. at BIBS will continue on Christmas Day and New Years Day. On Sunday, January 1, the session will include Vajrasattva practice to purify karma for the New Year, (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) Open to all, this is a Vajrayana Buddhist practice. It uses a stylized meditation technique to purify karma and establish a clear direction with strengthened mindfulness. – Led by Dan Black

Hi Lori,
Sure, this can be appropriate even for beginners. The key qualification to attend is an open mind, and curiosity. All are welcome.

Hello,
I’m interested in the New Year’s Day meditation but have never done a Vajrasattva practice (or much of a formal meditation practice at all). As a total beginner, would it be ok if I joined?
