ZEN MASTER BON SOENG received Inka (teaching authority) from Zen Master Seung Sahn in 1992 and became a Zen Master in 2001. He has been practicing Zen since 1975 and has practiced with Zen Master Seung Sahn since 1979. He is the Guiding Teacher of the Empty Gate Zen Center of Berkeley and Boise. He is also a licensed psychotherapist in private practice, specializing in the integration of Zen Buddhism and Western Psychotherapy.
