Wednesday Morning Book Study

Wednesday Evening Mindfulness in March

Kathleen Rose of Boise Insight Sangha will teach Mindfulness 150 on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. starting on March 1 and continuing for five Wednesdays. This course will cover the foundations of mindfulness using materials from Insight Meditation Center, with focus on engaging practice in everyday life. No registration required.
