A gentle introduction for beginners, this class covers the basic Buddhist beliefs and practices that are both effective and simple. Taught by Paul Dragone, this will cover topics such as karma, rebirth, meditation and mindfulness. Paul is especially suited to lead this class because of his own longtime practice, his humor, and his skill as an art teacher.
