These two afternoons will look at mindfulness practice, which decreases stress and improves general wellness and emotional intelligence. Taught by Rev. Michelle Tae and Jim Percy of the Beginners Mind Sangha. Suitable for beginners and ongoing practitioners. Suggested Donation is $15. Register with micheletae@gmail.com.
