New Year’s Day Mahamudra Practice

Friday, Jan. 1,
9 a.m. to noon

This will be a half-day practice with multiple short meditations, alternating with chanting a practice text in the Nyingma and Kagyu Schools of Tibetan Buddhism. The text is called the “Aspirational Prayer of Mahamudra” and was written by the 14th century Tibetan master Ranging Dorje.  All are welcome.  Dan Black will introduce the prayers, which will be mailed out upon registration to: dan.black49@yahoo.com.

Registration is by email: dan.black49@yahoo.com
