Visiting Buddhist Teacher – Karma Sonam Senge – September 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd

The Open Path is pleased to welcome our founder and teacher, Karma Sonam Senge

This September, 2019 Karma Sonam Senge will be leading a series of classes in Boise. Karma Sonam Senge will be instructing on the The Divine Abidings (also known as The Four Immeasurables) a series of four Buddhist virtues and the meditation practices to cultivate them. These represent the ideal conduct in all situations arising with social contact. Embracing and practicing these states of being will benefit oneself and all of humanity. The Four Immeasurables, the great removers of tension, the great peace-makers and the great healers of psychic wounds.

September 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd
(Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
Classes to be held at:
Boise Institute for Buddhist Studies (BIBS)
901 N 15th St. Boise, Idaho
Classes begin at 7:00 p.m.
Suggested class fees are $40 for the series and $15 for individual classes.
Donations for the teacher gratefully accepted.

Karma Sonam Senge is a teacher of Awakening, in the tradition of his principal teacher The Venerable Namgyal  Rinpoche. Senge was ordained in the Karma Kargu tradition by His Holiness the 16th Karmapa and also by Sayadaw U Thila Wunta, in the Theravadin tradition.
